Modern Wealth Concepts Executive Services is a leadership organization that empowers business professionals to maximize their effectiveness both personally and professionally through a comprehensive focus on leadership and career decisions, long term financial planning and health & wellness. MWC provides coaching, training and consulting services to individuals and organizations around all things Talent. Jen holds a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Development & Human Resources from The Krannert School of Management at Purdue University. She also holds a Bachelor of Music and Theater from The Peabody Conservatory of Music at Johns Hopkins University. Jennifer holds professional certifications in Coaching, Change Management, Myers-Briggs Type Theory, and Human Resources. Jennifer is the chair of Leadership Development Programming for the African American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia. She also actively serves on the outreach board for Opera Company of Philadelphia. Jennifer has a sharp business mind and cutting edge analytical skills yet she is creative at heart. Her depth of experience studying music theory, performance pathology and vocal tonation helps her to think outside the box. Jennifer's past employment relationships include; Comcast, Persado-New York, Ogilvy & Mather New York, Amazon.com, Hostess Brands, Ingersoll Rand and The Vanguard Group. Leadership Development and Business Empowerment have never before merged with black box theater stage theatrics until now! The theatre stage evokes emotions, understanding and reflection unlike traditional leadership forums and seminars. The MWC Monologues platform helps to propel forward diverse and inclusive business practices through community based efforts that focus on the identification, development and celebration of women and minorities in business through merging the theatrics of monologuing and story telling with leadership development content. Our stage identifies and celebrates the tremendous accomplishments of female and minority business leaders fosters the development of business professionals through making it possible for inspirational and empowering stories to be shared. |
